Service Manager Jobs
A Service Manager in the hospitality industry is responsible for overseeing all aspects of customer service, ensuring that the organization provides the highest levels of hospitality and service to its customers. They coordinate all activities pertaining to guest services, including reservation, reception, room service, and customer complaints.
