We’re looking for an experienced Automotive Service Manager to lead our growing team and continue delivering outstanding service to our valued customers.
Position Overview:
As the Automotive Service Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the service department, ensuring customer satisfaction, team performance, and operational efficiency. You will lead and mentor a team of service professionals, optimize workflows, and maintain the high standards our customers expect.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Daily Operations: Oversee service department scheduling, staffing, and workflow optimization to ensure efficient and profitable operations.
- Team Leadership: Hire, train, and supervise service department personnel, fostering a positive, productive, and professional work environment.
- Customer Service Excellence: Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Quality & Safety Standards: Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to maintain safety, quality, and service standards.
- Promote Services & Drive Sales: Collaborate with sales to promote service offerings and maximize customer retention.
- Inventory & Parts Management: Oversee inventory management, parts ordering, and cost-effectiveness.
- Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Monitor industry trends and technological advancements, recommending service operation improvements.
- Financial Oversight: Prepare and analyze departmental reports, budgets, and forecasts for management review.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 5-10 years in automotive service management with a proven track record of success.
- Automotive Knowledge: Strong understanding of automotive systems, diagnostics, and repair techniques.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a team of service professionals.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Technology, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- (Preferred) Smog Cerification.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong computer skills, including experience with automotive service management software.
- Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Compensation & Benefits:
- 2 week end of year Bonus
- Competitive salary based on experience.

Work Hours:
- Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Closed Sundays
