General Manager Jobs in California
A General Manager in the hospitality industry has overall responsibility for managing the operations of a hotel, resort, or similar establishment. They are tasked with ensuring the smooth running of the business, enhancing guest satisfaction, meeting sales and profitability goals, and fostering a positive work environment for staff.
