Kitchen Manager Jobs in Dundee, MI
A Kitchen Manager in the hospitality industry plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the kitchen. They should also have a firm grasp of budgeting, inventory management, and scheduling. Certifications in food handling and safety, such as the ServSafe certification, are typically required. A degree in culinary arts, hospitality or a related field would be beneficial. Also, many years of culinary and management experience are usually required.
