FOH Manager Jobs in New Jersey
The Front of House (FOH) Manager in the hospitality industry oversees all operations of the front-end services of a hotel, restaurant, or event center. Their responsibilities often include training and managing staff, maintaining high quality service, ensuring customer satisfaction, handling customer complaints, and coordinating with the Back of House (BOH) team. A certification in hospitality management can be beneficial but is not always required. Prior experience in the hospitality industry is usually necessary, with roles such as a front desk agent, restaurant supervisor, or assistant manager often being stepping stones towards becoming a FOH Manager.
