BOH Manager Jobs in Oklahoma
A Back of House (BOH) Manager in the hospitality industry is responsible for overseeing the operations of the kitchen or other behind-the-scenes areas, such as housekeeping or laundry, in hotels, restaurants, cruise ships, or other hospitality establishments. They play a crucial role in managing staff, ensuring food safety and hygiene, maintaining equipment, controlling inventory, and improving efficiency.
