Regional Director of Operations Jobs in Wisconsin
A Regional Director of Operations in the hospitality industry oversees the operations of various establishments within a specific geographical area. They are responsible for ensuring all hotels, restaurants, or resorts under their purview are running efficiently, meeting the revenue targets, adhering to safety and health standards, and delivering high-quality services. This involves coordinating with different department managers, analyzing financial data, developing and implementing strategies, and conducting regular site visits to assess the performance and customer satisfaction.

A deep understanding of the hospitality industry and strong financial acumen are also essential.
