Panini’s Bar and Grill opened its first restaurant in May of 1986. Since then, Panini’s has
grown from a single location, late-night beer and sandwich stop to a full-menu, casual
dining restaurant with locations throughout Northeast Ohio as well as the Tampa,
Florida area. With a relaxed atmosphere and a reputation for excellent food at a
remarkable value, Panini’s has cultivated a local and national following. We’re known for
our Famous Overstuffed Sandwich and our Panini’s Pizza, but we’ve got an entire line
of menu items that are developing their own following.
We offer a variety of appetizers, salads, wraps, sandwiches, entrees, desserts, kidfriendly meals and other specialties that our customers recognize for their quality and
value. But, it’s really the combination of a strong menu and an excellent staff that brings
everything together. We’ve got legions of devoted customers that come to us for lunch,
dinner, and late-night fun.
