Once you get your free resume scan, you’ll see what areas of your resume need improvement, and what you can add to get past automated Applicant Tracking Systems. Make the suggested changes and scan your resume again to see how it’s improved!

To ensure your resume is as compatible as possible with our resume review tools, we recommend uploading an MS Word .doc or .docx version of your resume or using a plain text (.txt) file.

With an iHireHospitality account, you can also access our Portfolio tool to create a master resume and our Resume Builder tool to create a resume from scratch. Our iScore technology can score your resume against a specific job description to see how well you match a particular job. We also have certified resume writers who can write a personalized resume for you.

The free resume scanner does not share your information with anyone. If you choose to keep your resume private, it is only viewable by you and any employer you have submitted an application to. If you make your resume searchable, it can show up in resume search results performed by our registered employers. Our employer database includes those who know exactly what they are looking for in a prospective hire and search our resume database, as well as those who prefer to post positions and wait for applications. By submitting applications to posted positions and setting your resume to searchable, you will increase your visibility to employers.
