Assistant Customer Service Manager FT - Office with an ocean view!

This role requires enthusiasm, attention to detail, adaptability, and a results-driven mindset to tackle challenges and drive success. The Customer Service Assistant Manager will offer support and direction to the Customer Services Department which is responsible for boat and retail sales.

Responsibilities include:

-Support company goals for a sustainable environment.
-Help manage direct contact with agents and independent travelers daily.
-Monitor daily vessel cruise customer counts to confirm or reschedule as needed.
-Oversee aloha email account and responds appropriately to customer comments.
- Maintain office SOP and procedure documentation to keep information current and communicated clearly.
-Train new CS agents and lead on-going development and skill improvement training for all department staff.
-Assist in managing gift shop operations.

Work Schedule:
Generally, 4-5 days per week, 40 hours per week, consisting of 8-10 hours per day including weekends, holidays, & early evening shifts. Schedule & hours may vary depending on seasonal staffing needs.
