Prepare budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and optimize financial performance.
Contribute to pricing strategies and promotional initiatives to maximize occupancy and profitability.
Recruit, train, and supervise front desk staff, ensuring exceptional service and adherence to company policies.
Create and manage work schedules to ensure optimal coverage and productivity.
Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Negotiate with business clients for the use of hotel facilities for events, meetings, and special functions.
Negotiate with suppliers for materials and supplies to maintain operational efficiency.
Arrange marketing activities for holidays
