Through inspiring leadership, the Kitchen Manager builds and leads a kitchen team to execute Tacodeli quality, food safety, and operational standards. The Kitchen Manager is instrumental in ensuring an efficient, consistent kitchen with fully trained Team Members.  The Kitchen Manager leads by example and coaches the team to consistently achieve results and maintain our uncompromising standards of food quality, cleanliness, service, and sanitation.
