As our Back-of-House Deli Assistant Manager, you’ll help lead daily operations, ensure top-tier food safety, and support an incredible team in delivering world-class customer service. If you love great food, fast-paced kitchens, and fostering teamwork, this is the role for you!

What You’ll Do:

• Support and train BOH deli staff

• Maintain high food safety & quality standards

• Help manage schedules, inventory & waste reduction

• Communicate effectively across teams

• Operate kitchen equipment safely & efficiently

What You Bring:

• Leadership experience (1+ year)

• Strong culinary knowledge & knife skills

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• ServSafe Manager certification preferred

• Flexible schedule (early mornings, evenings, weekends)
