Food and Beverage Service Manager

Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience is required

Languages:
Written and Oral English

Specific Skills:
Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of the restaurant
Overseeing food and beverage operations.
Curating menus that include food offerings and beverage pairings
Implement operational procedures for the food and beverage department
Hiring, training, and managing both kitchen and service staff, including waitstaff, bartenders, and servers
Set staff work schedules and monitor their performance
Control inventory, monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices for both, food and drink supplies.
Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed
Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and beverage supplies.
