Property Manager On Call

We are looking for an on call property manager while we are off island to handle things if/when they come up for two homes, several tenants. Homes are in Wailua Homesteads and Kilauea town. We will likely keep the on call assistance even after we return as can always use more help.
Must be responsible, reliable, good communication skills and have reliable transportation. Being handy or willing to do cleanings a plus!
