Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front of House Manager at Waldhorn Restaurant, located in Pineville, NC. The Front of House Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, guest satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of food and beverage service. The role also includes training new staff, managing reservations, and assisting in sales and promotional activities to enhance restaurant revenue. Guaranteed days off are Sundays and Mondays.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• 2 year minimum of Food & Beverage Management experience in hospitality or restaurant
• Ability to train and motivate staff
• Sales and promotional skills
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is a plus
