As a Sous Chef at Highlands Ranch Resort, you will be responsible for menu planning, ensuring food quality, managing kitchen operations, and maintaining food cost and portion control. Your culinary expertise will shine through in our banquet catering events and menu development, all while upholding the highest standards of food safety and sanitation.

The Highlands Ranch Resort Lodge, Restaurant and Cottages are surrounded by the enchanting mountain and meadows that change colors with the seasons like a chameleon from wafting winter snow to warm summer days. Job Expectations:

• Utilize knife skills and culinary arts to create delicious dishes
• Manage back of house operations to ensure smooth kitchen flow
• Collaborate with the team on food preparation and service management
