What You'll Be Doing:

• Work closely with the Executive Chef to come up with creative and delicious menus
• Maintain high standards of food quality
• Manage food costs and inventory to make sure we're making money
• Oversee banquet catering and help create new menu items
• Prepare and cook food following recipes and sanitation guidelines
